So, what makes a young team like ours qualify as a great place to work?

We achieved this feat not because of any attractive workplace perks or premium office spaces but on the back of a team that stayed together, made mistakes, learned, and consistently performed to deliver results.

We always knew that whatever we were doing deserved to qualify us as a good workplace and maybe not great. We have always strived to build a place where our teams enjoy coming to the office daily and spend quality time doing productive work.

Last year when we encountered the Great Place to Work® Certification program (GPTW), our head was buzzing with questions, like what qualifies to make a great place? Have we done enough to make us a great place to work?  Does having perks and premium office locations matter for the certification We were curious to find out if whatever we have compounded over the years does it qualify us to be a great place to work or not?  

The GPTW Process

In April 2022, we approached the GPTW Institute to run a  survey with our team. The certification process involved an organization-wide survey conducted by GPTW India, an independent and transparent organization assessment and recognition platform. 

Every year, more than 10,000 organizations in 60 countries partner with the Great Place to Work Institute to assess and benchmark their workplace. The Institute’s rigorous and objective methodology is considered the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia, and government organizations.   

It gives us immense pride to see that our team members in the survey wholeheartedly expressed that we’re a Great Place to Work®.

Posist successfully completed the assessment conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute, India, and is certified as a great workplace.
