Establishing a restaurant in a competitive market like Dubai can be a challenging task, especially during COVID-19. With the help of Posist integrations, Melt & Roast could eliminate the hassle of accepting orders from various food aggregator platforms and adding them manually. Posist’s CRM module helped them to automatically add customer data with other order details to the POS and sort customers into various buckets depending on their behavior. The analytics reports have been also helpful in running targeted marketing campaigns.

Posist’s Cockpit app gives the ability to check on sales from the palm of the hand. This allows Melt & Roast to keep in-house inventory levels low which helps in reducing operating costs and focusing more on important investments like manpower.
Posist is fully integrated with Zomato which helps us to accept orders from the platform seamlessly. Since most of our sales were coming from Zomato, it was a no-brainer for us to choose a POS system with a Zomato integration. The other integrations run smoothly too and, in case you wish to edit something, the process is super-fast.
