How Taco Bell is driving cost savings and efficiency for its enterprise operations

Like any other restaurant business, wastage control and reducing food costs has also been a thing of worry for Taco Bell. Posist’s integrated stock & inventory management module solved all the inventory related issues for Taco Bell. The management can now view daily consumption and the total available inventory in real-time. This data allows them to forecast their stock requirements accurately, thereby reducing food wastage by a greater percentage.
Previously, data from the stock management tool was not available in real-time. It used to take one day to fetch the data. Posist shows the available stock in real-time and helps us in placing the order for raw materials.
